learn more about non clinical careers for physicians
i recently re-posted my wordpress article, 10 non-clinical alternative careers for doctors. i read it occasionally to renew my dreams of opportunities waiting for me outside of clinical medicine.
dreaming of opportunities is one thing.
acting on it, is another.
thats why im making it a point to attend the Medical Fusion conference. its going to be awesome. they are touching on areas of business that im extremely interested in.

i have considered all of these topics as career alternatives at some point in time. except venture capital, ive only thought about that as a means to get vested money. :)
all of the speakers are walking success stories in their respective topics. dr. howard donner is going to be speaking about his independent film producing. ive met him before at the wilderness medicine conference in montana 2008. he was a speaker there as well.
the Entrepreneurial MD will also be attending the conference according to a podcast between her and Medical Fusion’s owner, dr. Greg Bledsoe. im hoping i run into her, so i can get some tips.
