Thuc, great post and recap. I am 8 months out of residency and I started my first concierge practice 5 months ago. I am a member of SIMPD and went to this same conference 2 years ago. You are right that no direction is given to new docs like us because frankly it has not been done much before. I have also joined HH and will be launching that product side by side.
