grant harrison, co founder of The Future Well and former VP of Innovation for Humana, has a big story to tell.

his project at Humana has finally launched.

B-cycle in denver.

it’s like ZipCar except for bikes.  you can rent a bike with a swipe of your credit card and return it at any B-cycle bike station.

it’s the first of its kind in the US, a large-scale citywide public bike sharing system.  there are two other systems in Montreal and Mexico.

denver’s B-cycle system has 400 bicycles at 40 stations throughout the city.  awesome.  the system hopes to increase people’s daily activity, save money and reduce carbon emissions.

you can rent a bike for a day [ 24 dollars ], 7 days [ $20 ], 30 days [ $30 ], or annually, [ $65 ]

pretty cool!

check out what the future well had to say about it.
