a bad news update on scrubd.in

we aren’t going to launch on time.
a few days ago, i wrote an update that the site’s coding had finished and now it’s time to fill it up with content.
well, that process is taking a lot longer than i estimated. i think this has been a result of a couple reasons :

freerxns-deactivated20110215 asked: Hello Dr. Huynh,
It is so good to see a Caribbean medical student doing so well in the US! And a Vietnamese female at that (:
I have a question for you...my father was recently accepted to Ross for 2012 and is still contemplating on whether he should go or not. The stigma that Caribbean students may face when competing against American students for residencies are...

an update on scrubd.in
the coding for the site is complete. i am very happy with the result and can’t wait to show everyone.
the next step is getting the content in. there’s 4,783 apps to go through, categorize, review, and upload.
3,190 apps cost money. from 0.99 cents to 150.00 199.99 dollars.
6 days to launch. what may end up happening is that i launch with only a few apps reviewed and then review...

Medical Schools in Region Fight Caribbean Flow →
even when there is a glaring physician shortage, we [ foreign grads ] aren’t good enough? if this passes, the path to a medical license is going to get a lot harder.
i only did 4.5 months of core rotations in new york but many of my colleagues do their entire 2 years of clinicals there.
i hope this doesn’t pass.
